that is a serious problem given that natural gas prices have gotten cheap here in america. it's giving coal a run for its money. and a crack down on coal burning utilities that is going to happen if obama is re-elected. companies are switching right now from coal to gas, i like union pacific because they get a portion of their profits from coal and the coal that is mined out west is cleaner than the coal from the eastern part of the country where norfolk southern operates. a lot of bad here. union pacific has you up side away from coal with 8% of the revenues coming from autos, and market is on fire, 15% from chemic chemicals, 70% from industrial products and 18% from agriculture, you see the numbers? we will plant for stuff than the last 25 years, and they are in the mobile business, starting to improve because of the accelerating economy and the turn in housing. third, union pacific had a much better quarter than norfolk southern. u and p had a fabulous 18% earnings and stronger than expected revenues and 15.8% pricing and sell rating revenue growth. we love that. this wa

in america finally got its groove back. it's up 35% in the last few months and now seems to have more catalysts than it can count. i was skeptical of sirius before approving the merger with xm. as a result the combined company did have a near-death experience in late 2008. before only being saved from liberty media which purchased a 40% stake in the satellite radio company and more on that in a moment. auto sales are now on fire and it's a huge market for sirius. they also moved into the used auto market which is gigantic for them and in the most recent quarter the company added 540,000 new subscribers. the total count is 21.9 million. sirius xm has become so successful that liberty media could buy the whole company on the cheap, something that i problem. and i'm thrilled that mel karmazan, the ceo of sirius xm radio, and before that, successful in tv and he was celebrating the anniversary in an amazing fashion. what is sure to be a legendary bruce springsteen concert for sirius subscribers. there was a ticket going for $10

right now, they're only the ninth largest auto retailer in america. that's with just 84 locations in 11 states. the dealership business is super fragmented. top ten players represent just 8% of the country. lithia has a tremendous amount of room to grow. we love that on "mad money." management literally sees no end to the availability of dealerships they can acquire, plus, they know what works. so they're probably not going to make any boneheaded purchases. these are smart guys. the most recent quarter, phenomenal. they beat the earnings estimates by 18 cents. it was on a 42-cent basis. you know what's the most remarkable of it all? it's cheapest of all the auto retailers. the stock trades at just eight times earnings. 23% long-term growth rate. compare that to auto nation. you see them on tv a lot. 13 times earnings, 18%. car max, 13 times earnings, 12% growth. penske, really good company. ten times earnings, 21% growth. lithia is cheaper than all of them. cheaper and perhaps better. okay, let's go over some caveats. it's a tiny company. if you buy t
